Reservation confirmation :
• As soon as you confirm your reservation by email, the ylang hotel will send you an invoice within 24 hours.
• In order to validate your booking confirmation, we ask for a payment of 30% of the invoice.
• The balance will be paid either before your arrival by bank transfer or on site by species

Cancellation penalty
Any cancellation of a reservation confirmed with the Ylang hotel is subject to penalties:
- Cancellation between 90 and 30 days before the arrival date of customers: 30 % of the amount of the pro format invoice
- Cancellation between 29 and 7 days before the arrival date of customers: 75 % of the amount of the pro format invoice
- Cancellation less than 6 days before the arrival date of customers: 100% of the amount of the pro format invoice
- No show: 100% of the pro format invoice amount
Penalties for late payment of your invoices:
10% of the total amount of the invoice including VAT per two weeks late.
